Academic Integrity Policy

Definitions:

Violation of academic integrity includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Copying another student's work, including visual and electronic mediums
  2. Copying an author's work without citation
  3. Submitting copied information from the internet
  4. Working in pairs or groups when instructed to work individually
  5. Asking for or disclosing test-related material
  6. Recycling previous work
  7. Using or owning crib or cheat notes
  8. Helping or knowing about a student's academic dishonesty
  9. Dishonest actions reported by teacher
  10. Using calculators when instructed not to
  11. Letting others copy off your paper
  12. Having cell phones, iPod's, or other electronic devices
